Delivery Times: Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day.

Tracking: Royal Mail will send tracking updates via email or text once your order has been dispatched

Nationwide Delivery: We send bouquets, flower subscriptions, and plant subscriptions across the UK via Royal Mail.

Independent & Local: Flourish is an independently owned limited company - we are not part of any telephone or internet flower delivery networks.

All floral products are subject to availability.

In the event of any supply difficulties or lack of stock of certain varieties or colours of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

We will always try our best to contact you to agree an alternative, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Follow these simple steps to help your flowers stay fresher for longer:

A Fresh Start: When you bring your flowers home, give each stem a gentle trim at a slight angle before popping them in their vase. This helps them drink up every drop of water they need.

Keep Them Happy & Hydrated: Fill your vase with fresh, cool water and stir in the flower food provided. Top it up every couple of days to keep the water clear and nourishing.

A Calm, Cool Spot: Your blooms will last longer if they’re kept away from strong sunlight, heating vents, or draughty windows. A cool, quiet corner is where they thrive best.
