Flowers by Flourish provide the countries freshest flowers because we order your flowers direct from the Dutch markets in Holland. Our Dutch supplier is a large family run, independent business who have the highest grade and freshest flowers in Europe to send to us. Our flowers are then beautifully assembled by our team of incredible florists who take pride in their gorgeous arrangements before we send your white subscription flowers for delivery nationwide.

We use a market leading courier service or alternatively we use Royal Mail to ensure that your elegant bouquet always arrives in the freshest possible condition to make sure that your friends/family are completely satisfied with their flowers.

Here is the order of events.

1. You check out. Your bouquet size, your colour and your personalised note are saved to the subscription.
2. We hand-tie and dispatch. Your first bouquet goes out on the next dispatch day. We dispatch Monday to Friday, and an order placed before 5pm is dispatched the same day.
3. It arrives. Royal Mail Tracked 24, so it is generally with you the next day.
4. It repeats on the frequency you chose.

Every subscription starts with a minimum of three deliveries — your first, plus two more. From your third delivery onwards, all of this is yours to do from your account:

• Skip your next delivery
• Pause, then resume
• Reschedule the next delivery, or shift the whole future schedule
• Change how often your flowers come
• Swap to a different product or variant
• Change the quantity
• Update the delivery address
• Add a one-off item to a single delivery
• Edit your note
• Cancel

Your personalised note repeats on every delivery, and the colour you chose comes again each time. You can swap the colour from your account after your first three deliveries, or ask our team to do it for you.

On our Florist’s Choice subscription the design changes every delivery, built from the best of what came into the Dutch Flower Auctions that morning. Single-variety subscriptions are that variety every time.

Dispatch: we hand-tie and dispatch Monday to Friday on Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order by 5pm and your order is dispatched the same day.

No weekend dispatch. An order placed after 5pm on Friday is dispatched on Monday and arrives on Tuesday.

Delivery cost: delivery is charged per order on subscriptions — currently £6.95 a delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders of £60 or more get free delivery.

Tracking: Royal Mail send tracking updates by email or text once your order has been dispatched.

Addresses: please check the delivery address carefully. It needs to match Royal Mail’s own postcode records exactly, or the courier cannot complete the delivery.

Until the third delivery has gone out the schedule is fixed: skipping, pausing, changing frequency, swapping the product and cancelling are all held until then.

After your third delivery, all of it is yours to do from your account: skip the next delivery, pause and resume, reschedule the next one, shift the future schedule, change frequency, swap the product or variant, change the quantity, update the address, add a one-off item to a delivery and edit your note.

Every order is hand-prepared by our florists so your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful.

On the rare occasion that you are not happy with a delivery, contact my team and we will send a replacement bouquet. No questions asked.

Substitutions. All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, or a lack of stock of certain varieties or colours, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative of a similar style and of equivalent or greater value and quality. We will always try to contact you to agree an alternative first, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to.
