We hand-tie and dispatch Monday to Friday on Royal Mail Tracked 24. We don't dispatch at weekends.

Every delivery after your first follows the same schedule, and after your first three deliveries you can move any date from your account. We send every order on Royal Mail Tracked 24. It is a 24-hour service rather than a guarantee, so if Royal Mail are running behind, a delivery can arrive later than planned.

Do I get the same flowers every time?
No. Our florists design something new each week from whatever is best at the Dutch Flower Auctions, so the bouquet follows the season. If you would rather have the same flower every time, choose one of the single-variety subscriptions instead.
When will each delivery arrive?
We hand-tie and dispatch Monday to Friday on Royal Mail Tracked 24, so an order placed before 5pm on a weekday generally arrives the next day. We do not dispatch at weekends: anything placed after 5pm on Friday goes out on the Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Tracked 24 is a 24-hour service rather than a guarantee. If Royal Mail are running behind, a delivery can arrive later than planned.
Delivery is charged per order — currently £6.95, and free on orders of £60 or more.
Can I send it to someone else?
Yes. Put their address in at checkout and the flowers go straight to them. Your personalised note travels with every delivery, not just the first one, so they get the same message each time.
Is there a minimum?
Yes — three deliveries (your first plus two more). Until then the schedule stays fixed; after that you can skip, pause, reschedule, change frequency, swap or cancel from your account.
Can I change how often they come?
Yes, from your account, after your first three deliveries. You can move between weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly without cancelling and starting again. You can also swap to a different bouquet or size, change the quantity, or add a one-off vase or plant to a single delivery.
How many stems do I get?
It depends on the size you choose and what's in season. Roughly: £20 gives 10–15 stems, £25 gives 13–18, £30 gives 16–24, £40 gives 21–30, £50 gives 26–37 and £60 gives 31–45.
Single-variety bouquets are priced per stem instead, between £1.50 and £4.00 depending on the flower.
Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?
Yes, nationwide by Royal Mail. Do check the delivery address carefully — it needs to match Royal Mail's own postcode records exactly, or the courier can't complete the delivery. You can check an address before you order on our delivery address checker.
How do I cancel?
Every subscription runs for a minimum of three deliveries — your first, plus two more. Until the third delivery has gone out, the schedule is fixed.
After that you can cancel from your account at any time. Please see our terms for the notice period that applies.
What if a delivery arrives damaged?
Get in touch as soon as you can and we will send a replacement bouquet. If you are not happy with that one either, we will send another.
Please check the delivery address matches Royal Mail records exactly before you order, as an incorrect address is the most common reason a delivery fails.
